Create a New Support Ticket


To create a new support ticket on V-Score, please follow these steps:

  1. After logging into your account, go to the home page.
  2. On the home page, locate and click on the New Ticket tab, which can be found in the left-side menu.
  3. Once you're on the New Ticket page, you'll be able to submit a ticket regarding any issues or experiences you've had with the web platform or the app.
